      Renowned economist, Ph.D. in Economics. Standing Vice President of China State-owned Assets Management Association, Standing Deputy Director of Tsinghua University China Economic Research Center, Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. Former Director of the Department of Economics at Renmin University of China, Director of the State Council National State-owned Assets Management Research Office, concurrently serving as economic advisor to 13 provinces and cities, economic advisor to 15 enterprises, independent director of 7 listed companies. In 1991, was rated as a national-level young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions. In 1992, became one of China's youngest Ph.D. supervisors. In 1993, was the first in the economics community to propose the complete separation of central banks and commercial banks for financial order governance.

Began studying economics since 1979, successively focusing on macroeconomic issues, planning and market relationship issues, enterprise property system issues, non-state-owned enterprise issues and corporate governance structure issues, enterprise systems, enterprise strategy and enterprise culture issues, etc.
